Detailed Description
Statement
Reference
Paics1 homozygous pupae show defects in posterior crossvein formation. Paics1/Df(1)ED7165 as well as Paics1/PaicsX1 transheterozygous adults display complete or partial loss of the wing posterior crossvein, respectively.
Eye colour: homozygotes have reduced red eye pigmentation. Homozygotes show adenine auxotrophy. Homozygous females respond positively to supplementation of the medium with adenine, adenosine or RNA and do not respond to supplementation with cytidine, guanine, uridine or hypoxanthine.
