      In ex vivo third instar larval eye-antennal discs expressing Moesqh.T:Avic\GFP-S65T, chromophore-assisted laser inactivation (CALI) of Moesqh.T:Avic\GFP-S65T does not lead to any significant reduction in the extent of epithelial folding at the A1 fold, as compared to controls.
