      When fngScer\UAS.M.T:Hsap\MYC is driven by Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 a reduction in the size of the eye and a disruption of the regular array of ommatidia that comprise the compound eye is seen. When driven by Scer\GAL4ey.PH a phenotype affecting the eye is also seen.
