The expression of CaMKIIScer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU does not lead to lamina vacuolization compared to controls.

Expression of CaMKIIScer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4tin.CΔ4 results in an increase in spontaneous heart rate, a decrease in arrhythmogenic index, and a greater fraction of flies showing asystoles; but no difference in the number of ectopic heart beats, or the number of atypical beats over total beats as compared to wild type.

Expression of CaMKIIScer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4VGlut-OK371 has no significant effect on bouton number/area for type Ib boutons at the larval neuromuscular junction.

Flies expressing CaMKIIScer\UAS.cKa under the control of either Scer\GAL4ey-OK107, Scer\GAL4c305a, Scer\GAL4Mef2.247 or Scer\GAL4CaMKII.7 show normal learning (measured as 2 minute memory) in an olfactory aversive conditioning assay.

Expression of CaMKIIScer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4Mhc.PW or Scer\GAL4e22c completely suppresses the undergrowth phenotype seen at the mysb9 larval neuromuscular junction.
