The wing posterior compartment size reduction seen in flies expressing p115KK100066 under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E is suppressed when Cdk1Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC is co-expressed.

Co-expression of Cdk1Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC suppresses the increased proportion of cells in S phase or mitosis in the posterior compartment of third instar wing discs expressing p115KK100066 under the control of Scer\GAL4hh.PU, but fails to suppress the increase cell death in these wing discs; no significant changes in cell size or DNA content are seen in these specimens as compared to controls.

Overexpression of cdc2Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC partially suppresses the curly wing phenotype in Scer\GAL4Ser.PGF>Sin3AdsRNA.Scer\UAS.WIZ flies.

The wing impairment resulting from the ectopic expression of Scer\GAL4MD-638-driven Axud1Scer\UAS.cGa is suppressed by the co-expression of cdc2Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC.
