Expression of NFATEP1335 under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH results in eyes that are somewhat reduced in size. Flies expressing NFATEP1335 under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.2sev have mildly rough eyes.

Mutant larvae expressing NFATEP1335 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 have reduced or abnormal synapses. Mutant larvae expressing NFATEP1335 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 have ISN neuron pathfinding defects.

Expression of NFATEP1335 under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 results in the loss of several scutellar and dorsocentral macrochaetae without loss of the sheath cell. Sensory organs with dot-like shaft morphology are seen.
