Most embryos derived from females expressing αTub84BScer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-S65C under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.PG and Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 give rise to living larvae and also develop to adulthood. Defects in oogenesis are only occasionally seen.
