	Statement Reference Overexpression of Smn^Scer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4^how-24B is generally benign; occasionally a low percentage (less than 5%) of embryonic lethality is seen, but no effects are apparent at later stages of the life cycle. (Miguel-Aliaga et al., 2000)
