Nature of the lesion	Statement Reference Construct: Heat shock promoter sequences drive expression of Tni\piggyBac\T. (Horn and Wimmer, 2000) Construct: An Hsp70 promoter fragment (a 457bp XbaI-XmnI 5' non-translated sequence) is inserted into the SacI-blunted site of plasmid pBacΔSac. This places the Hsp70 promoter sequences upstream of the putative Tni\piggyBac\T promoter. (Handler and Harrell, 1999) Construct: Expresses the Tni\piggyBac\T ORF under the control of an Hsp70 promoter. (Lobo et al., 1999)
