Expression of rok[CAT.Scer\UAS] in follicle cells under the control of Scer\GAL4[Scer\FRT.Act5C] produces oocyte polarity defects.
Expression of rok[CAT.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[fkh.PH] partially suppresses the salivary gland invagination defects of Rho1[k02107b] embryos.
Expression of rokCAT.Scer\UAS in the larval epidermal cells, under the control of Scer\GAL4NP0056, accelerates the delamination of these cells, leading to the extrusion of more cells than in wild-type larvae.
Expression of rokCAT.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4OK107 results in truncated dorsal lobes in the mushroom body, due to axon retraction.

Expression of rok[CAT.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[ptc-559.1] partially suppresses the mwh[1]/mwh[6] multiple wing hair phenotype.
The multiple wing hair phenotype caused by expression of towScer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.PB using heat shock at 24 hours after puparium formation is partially suppressed by co-expression of rokCAT.Scer\UAS.
Overexpression of both rokCAT.Scer\UAS and MbsN300.Scer\UAS, under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32, allow ~30% of flies to survive to adulthood, instead of dying as pupae. The photoreceptor localization defect is not significantly enhanced when MbsT541 mutant clones express rokCAT.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.
