Mutant larvae expressing rokCAT-KG.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Hml.PG show normal rates of encapsulation of eggs when parasitised by the avirulent L. boulardi wasp strain G486.

The olfactory receptor neurons expressing RokCAT-KG.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Or22a.PU show a partial delay in degeneration of distal axons and synaptic terminals following surgical ablation of the antennae.

No oocyte polarity defects are seen when rokCAT-KG.Scer\UAS is expressed in follicle cells under the control of Scer\GAL4Scer\FRT.Act5C.

Expression of rokCAT.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4OK107 has no effect on the mushroom body.
