The oocyte nucleus is often found mislocalised to the centre of the oocyte in stag 9-10 egg chambers of females expressing two copies of par-1N1S.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-m6 under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16. Expression of one copy of par-1N1S.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-m6 under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 has no effect on oocyte nucleus localisation.
