Eye-antennal disc clones expressing Ras85DG12V.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU do not exhibit a significant difference in the growth of clonal versus non-clonal tissue.

Primordial germ cell numbers are significantly reduced when Ras85DG12V.Scer\UAS is expressed in the primordial germ cells, under the control of Scer\GAL4C587.

Ganglionic branch 1s turn prematurely before reaching the midline in Ras85DG12V.Scer\UAS; Scer\GAL4bs-23.26 embryos.

Clones in the third instar eye disc expressing Ras85DG12V.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PP that are located anterior to the morphogenetic furrow are rounded, undergo precocious neuronal development and send out axonal projections.

Co-expression of Ras85DG12V.Scer\UAS enhances the decreased photoreceptor differentiation seen in eye-antennal disc clones expressing RhoGEF2RE.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU. These clones show overgrowth, similar to those expressing only RhoGEF2RE.Scer\UAS, but also show large undifferentiated clonal masses in the basal regions of the posterior region of the eye disc.

Co-expression of Rac1N17.Scer\UAS, Rac1GD17411, CG11221GD7239, or diaGD9442 fails to suppress the reduction of differentiation seen in eye-antennal disc clones expressing both RhoGEF2RE.Scer\UAS and Ras85DG12V.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU, and also fails to suppress the developmental delay shown by larvae containing these clones.

The presence of Rac2Δ/+, Rac1J11/+ and MtlΔ/+ mutations fails to suppress the reduction of differentiation seen in eye-antennal disc clones expressing both RhoGEF2RE.Scer\UAS and Ras85DG12V.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU, and also fails to suppress the developmental delay shown by larvae containing these clones.
