Detailed Description
	Statement Reference Most embryos injected with Hs6st dsRNA (produced using Hs6st^cKa and Hs6st^a.cKa) die prior to hatching, although they survive to stage 17. Tracheal branch formation is disordered in 58% of embryos; 25% have stalled branches and disconnected dorsal trunks in all segments, while the remaining 33% show migration defects of the dorsal branch or lateral trunk in one to several segments.
