Detailed Description
	Statement Reference When CycA^{α1-31,39-44.Scer\UAS} is driven by Scer\GAL4^prd.RG1 a slight delay in mitosis 16 is seen. An extra S phase is detected (by BrDU incorporation) followed by an extra M phase. This division is aberrant. (Jacobs et al., 2001)

Comments	The addition of this mutant transgene to CycA^unspecified mutants allows the progression into mitosis 16, although it also results in enrichment of metaphase figures and frequently interferes with successful completion of cell division. (Jacobs et al., 2001)
