Expression of phl[Act.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[CY2] results in a strong ectopic wing vein phenotype.
Expression of phlAct.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PB can result in homeotic transformation of the eye to antenna. The ectopic antenna has all segments including the arista and is oriented similarly to the endogenous antenna.
Expression of phlAct.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 results in ectopic furrow formation in the eye disc.
