Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Scer\GAL4[dome-PG125]-driven expression of two copies of dome[Scer\UAS.cCGHa] results in early larval lethality.
Expression of domeScer\UAS.cCGHa in border cells, driven by Scer\GAL4slbo.2.6, inhibits the migration of border cell clusters to the oocyte. However, the apical cap of these egg chambers forms and is shed normally.
Expression of dome[Scer\UAS.cCGHa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[ey.PH] results in a small-eye phenotype.
Expression of domeScer\UAS.cCGHa under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH or Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 results in flies with smaller eyes than normal. Expression of domeScer\UAS.cCGHa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF does not result in flies with enlarged eyes.
Expression of domeScer\UAS.cCGHa under the control of Scer\GAL4slbo.2.6 results in a failure of border follicle cell migration.
