Detailed Description
	Statement Reference Flies expressing one copy of α-Man-II^PdL19B3 under the control of Tn10\tetR^{Act5C.T:Hsim\VP16} (in the presence of doxycycline) have rough eyes. Penetrance of the phenotype is 100%. Flies expressing one copy of α-Man-II^PdL19B3 under the control of Tn10\tetR^{Act5C.T:Hsim\VP16} in the presence of doxycycline show a 7.55 to 12.4% increase in life span compared to controls (without doxycycline). (Landis et al., 2001)
