Expression of otkScer\UAS.cWa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 results in ectopic rows of denticles.

Expression of otkScer\UAS.cWa under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 results in a loss of wing margin. The wings also show planar cell polarity defects where wing hairs are not properly aligned.

Targetting of photoreceptor cell R7 axons to the medulla is normal in otkScer\UAS.cWa; Scer\GAL4sev.PM181 adults.
