Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Statement
Reference
Expression of RhoGAP93BdsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4OK107 results in no obvious phenotype. Expression of RhoGAP93BdsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PB results in a reduction in the size of the eye.

In robo5/+, sli1/+ transheterozygous embryos, the medial longitudinal pathway occasionally crosses the midline. The addition of RhoGAP93BdsRNA.Scer\UAS (driven by Scer\GAL4elav.PLu) significantly enhances this phenotype. The subsequent addition of RhoGAP93BScer\UAS.cHa suppresses this enhancement.
When RhoGAP93BdsRNA.Scer\UAS is driven by Scer\GAL4elav.PLu in a fraunspecified background no midline crossing defects are seen. When RhoGAP93BdsRNA.Scer\UAS is driven by Scer\GAL4elav.PLu in a Ptp69D4/Ptp10Dunspecified background no midline crossing defects are seen. When RhoGAP93BdsRNA.Scer\UAS is driven by Scer\GAL4elav.PLu in a Ptp69Dunspecified/Ptp10Dunspecified background no midline crossing defects are seen.

Transcription from the P{UAS-RhoGAP93B-dsRNA} construct should produce RhoGAP93B dsRNA, resulting in dsRNA interference (RNAi) of the RhoGAP93B gene.
