Statement Reference Expression of cv-c[dsRNA.Scer\UAS] in motoneurons under the control of Scer\GAL4[OK6] does not significantly increase quantal content (QC) at the neuromuscular junction.
Expression of cv-c[dsRNA.Scer\UAS] in muscle under the control of Scer\GAL4[G14] significantly increase quantal content (QC) at the neuromuscular junction. Expression of cv-cdsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 causes a complete loss of the posterior crossvein and the detachment of the anterior crossvein from the fourth longitudinal vein of the wing. Expression of cv-cdsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PB or Scer\GAL4OK107 results in no obvious phenotype. Expression of cv-cdsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4T80 results in reduction or absence of wing vein L2. | |||
