Wounded embryos expressing tumdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 show minor repair defects compared to wounded controls: wound overexpansion and slightly delayed wound closure that is compensated for by slightly increased rates of expansion and closure; additional injection of an anti-Tum antibody did not enhance the wound overexpansion or the delay in wound healing.

Flies expressing tumdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa exhibit no visible eye phenotype.

Expression of RacGAP50CdsRNA.Scer\UAS, under the regulation of Scer\GAL4ey.PB in the developing eye imaginal disc reduces its size and alters the organisation and dimension of the ommatidia, as well as leading to the formation of multinucleate cells.
