The rough eye phenotype caused by expression of Hsap\MAPT^{V337M.Scer\UAS} under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF is enhanced by CG7231^EP2510. Co-expression of CG7231^EP2510 enhances the eye phenotype caused by expression of Hsap\ATX1^82.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF; loss of eye pigmentation is enhanced and necrotic black spots are induced.
