      Average Citrate Synthase activity is increased by 18% in heterozygous males and by 33% in Src42AKG02515/Src42AE1 transheterozygotes.

      Homozygotes/hemizygotes show no obvious defects in the wing.

      Heterozygotes show a significant effect on wing centroid size (using Fisher's method for combining probabilities). Heterozygotes show a direct effect on the shape of the wing.
