(Koto et al., 2009) Expression of ik2^Scer\UAS.cKa, under the control of Scer\GAL4^sca-P309, results in the presence of extra sensory organ precursors in the wing disc. (Kuranaga et al., 2006)

Statement Reference Overexpression of th[Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG] enhances the short-bristle phenotype of Scer\GAL4[sca-P309]; ik2[dsRNA.Scer\UAS] flies. Expression of th[Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG] in the developing eye under the control of Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF] suppresses the rpr[Scer\UAS.cZa]-induced 'small-eye' phenotype. (Koto et al., 2009) Increased cell death due to transfection of S2 cells with Traf1^{Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1} and Scer\GAL4^Act5C.PHb is suppressed by th^{Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG}. The small rough eye of Traf1^{Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1}; Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF animals is markedly suppressed by th^{Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG}. (Kuranaga et al., 2002)
