Statement Reference Expression of plexA[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[elav.PU] results in axon guidance defects in the central nervous system (longitudinal connectives are disrupted). Expression of plexA[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[en-e16E] disrupts wing disc compartment morphology. Expression of two copies of plexA[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[B11-98] results in branched bristles. | |||
