Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Expression of plexA[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[elav.PU] results in axon guidance defects in the central nervous system (longitudinal connectives are disrupted).
Expression of plexA[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[en-e16E] disrupts wing disc compartment morphology.
Expression of two copies of plexA[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[B11-98] results in branched bristles.

The axon guidance defects in the central nervous system which are caused by expression of plexA[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[elav.PU] are enhanced if the embryos carry 14-3-3ε[j2B10] and are suppressed if the embryos also co-express 14-3-3ε[Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG]. The axon guidance defects in the central nervous system which are caused by expression of plexA[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[elav.PU] are enhanced if the embryos carry Pka-C1[DN]. The axon guidance defects in the central nervous system which are caused by expression of plexA[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[elav.PU] are suppressed if the embryos also co-express either Ras64B[Val14.Scer\UAS] or if[Scer\UAS.cUa], but are unaffected if the embryos also co-express either Ras85D[V12.Scer\UAS] or mew[Scer\UAS.cWa].
The branched bristle phenotype caused by expression of two copies of plexA[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[B11-98] is suppressed if the flies are also homozygous for Mical[unspecified].
