ctC145/+ ; bft6/bft6 animals do not survive to adulthood. ctK/+ ; bft6/bft6 animals do not survive to adulthood. ctK/+ ; bft6/bft24 females can survive to adulthood and they show the bft mutant eye phenotype. Adult ctK/Y ; bft6/bft24 males are never seen.
