Drives expression in the dorsal ectoderm of embryos, in developing posterior spiracles, and at the anterior-posterior compartment boundary of the wing disc.

ScerGAL4^dpp.PS drives expression along the lateral edges of the eye disc, and in a stripe medially across the antennal disc, roughly parallel to the morphogentic furrow of the eye disc.

ScerGAL4^dpp.PS drives expression The P{dpp-GAL4.PS}6A insertion drives expression only in the posterior spiracles at embryonic stage 17. The P{dpp-GAL4.PS}s(3)4B^4B and P{dpp-GAL4.PS}l(3)8B^8B insertions additionally drive expression starting at embryonic stage 12, in a subset of leading edge cells of the dorsal ectoderm and a cluster of posterior dorsal ectoderm cells, then in the posterior spiracle primordium.
