Expression of TorWT.UAS.Tag:FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PU leads to an increase in the animal body size at larval stage on the low protein diet when compared to controls.

Expression of TorWT.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4Mhc.PW does not result in any significant difference in amplitude of miniature excitatory junction currents (mEJCs), but does lead to an increase in amplitude of EJCs, and an increase in quantal content of larval neuromuscular junctions, as compared to controls.

Expression of TorWT.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4Myo31DF-NP0001 results in delayed midgut degradation after pupariation, with significantly increased size of the gastric caeca 4 hrs after puparium formation, and significantly decreased autophagy levels 2 hrs after puparium formation, as compared to controls.
