Expression of MoeT559A.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 has no effect on wing morphology.
The retinae of flies expressing MoeT559A.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC (under the control of Scer\GAL4ninaE.PD) appear normal after 2 days illumination, slight degeneration is visible after 4 days illumination, with significant degeneration visible after 7 days constant illumination.

Expression of MoeT559A.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the trachea under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS in rib1/ribP7 mutant animals partially rescues the dorsal trunk extension defects.
