Detailed Description
	Statement Reference SL2 cells treated with Incenp^dsRNA.cTa dsRNA and cultured for 4 days show a significant increase in 4N cells at the expense of 2N cells when compared to controls. 38.5% of the cell population corresponds to cells with a DNA content of 8N. The cells treated with Incenp^dsRNA.cTa dsRNA are larger than control cells. (Tseng and Hariharan, 2002)
