Detailed Description
	Statement Reference Expression of Cam^{B34Q.Scer\UAS} under the control of Scer\GAL4^how-24B in Cam⁷/+ animals (which are normally phenotypically wild type) results in less than half the animals pupariating and some pupae have body wrinkles similar to that seen in Cam⁷ hemizygotes. Expression of Cam^{B34Q.Scer\UAS} under the control of Scer\GAL4^how-24B in a Cam⁺ background results in significant death before pupariation and the formation of abnormal pupal cases in some survivors. Expression of both Cam^{B12Q.Scer\UAS} and Cam^{B34Q.Scer\UAS} under the control of Scer\GAL4^how-24B in Cam⁷/Camⁿ³³⁹ animals results in 100% larval lethality. (Wang et al., 2002)
