Comments

Expression of CG46146Scer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.PB can rescue the lethality of CG46146P17 animals, providing that the animals are given a daily heat shock throughout the embryonic and larval stages. The rescued animals have fully restored eyes in 70% of cases and partially restored eyes in 30% of cases.
