Expression of AxnScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS abolishes dorsal trunk formation and tracheal fusion cell specification.
Expression of AxnScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4bbg-C96 results in wing notching.
Expression of AxnScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP in the heart under the control of Scer\GAL4tin.CΔ4 results in flies with markedly smaller hearts and significantly reduced end diastolic dimension (EDD). Heart wall thickness is similar to controls but and accumulated material can be seen within the lumen of the heart that occupies a large portion of the cross-sectional area of the vessel chamber.
Flies expressing AxnScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL41151 at 25[o]C show loss of dorsal longitudinal muscles and dorso-ventral muscles (the phenotype is weaker at 18[o]C). Flies expressing AxnScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4ebd1.PB show some loss of indirect flight muscles, with a concomitant increase in the size of dorsal longitudinal muscles that remain.
