Expression of flw[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Act.PU] significantly suppresses the eye defects seen in mosaic flies with eyes that are homozygous for sds22[e00975].
The synthetic lethality resulting from the overexpression of Nop17l[Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\His6,T:Hsap\MYC] under the control of Scer\GAL4[arm.PS] in a hemizygous flw[1] mutant background can be rescued by the co-expression of flw[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1].
The indirect flight muscles are restored in adults expressing NiPp1Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4arm.PS if they are also expressing flwScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1.
The wing defects caused by expression of NiPp1Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 are almost completely suppressed by co-expression of flwScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1.

Comments
Expression of flw[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[e22c] rescues the oocyte polarity defects seen when the posterior follicle cells are mutant for flw[FP41].
