Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

The penetrance of the oocyte mislocalisation phenotype seen in egg chambers of females expressing par-1[Scer\UAS.ΔSP.T:Avic\GFP] under the control of Scer\GAL4[mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16] is reduced by co-expression of tau[Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-m6] (from 96% to 33%).
Flies that express tauScer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-m6 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 show a 25% reduction in the size of vacuoles that develop in the mechanosensory neuropil compared to futscholk1 flies that do not express the transgene.

Comments
The oocyte nucleus mislocalisation defect seen in tau[MR22] germline clones is rescued by expression of tau[Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-m6] under the control of Scer\GAL4[mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16].
