Detailed Description
	Statement Reference Transfection of S2 cells with Traf1^{Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1} and Scer\GAL4^Act5C.PHb causes cell death. Increased cell death occurs in third instar larval eye discs of Traf1^{Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1} and Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF animals. Traf1^{Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1}; Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF animals have a small rough eye phenotype. (Kuranaga et al., 2002)
