Expression of dlp^{Scer\UAS.T:wg,T:Avic\GFP} under the control of Scer\GAL4^hh.PU results in a reduction in the spacing between veins L3 and L4 compared to wild type.

Expression of dlp^{Scer\UAS.T:wg,T:Avic\GFP} under the control of Scer\GAL4^ci.PU has no effect on the spacing between veins L3 and L4.

Expression of dlp^{Scer\UAS.T:wg,T:Avic\GFP} under the control of Scer\GAL4^en-e16E results in less severe defects than expression of either dlp^{Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP} or dlp^{Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP,T:Rnor\CD2} under the control of Scer\GAL4^en-e16E.
