Adults expressing Sod2UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu exhibit progressive climbing defects compared to controls.

The size distribution of regenerated adult wings in flies expressing Sod2Scer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4rn-GAL4-5 that were subjected to ablation of imaginal wing disc tissue during the larval stage, is significantly shifted towards smaller wing size compared to similarly treated controls.

Expression of Sod2Scer\UAS.cMa under the control of either Scer\GAL4da.PU or Scer\GAL4ple.PF does not affect the climbing ability of adult flies relative to controls.
