Overexpression of Pi3K92EScer\UAS.Exel in the developing eye, under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF, causes large, disorganised eyes.

Overexpression of Pi3K92EScer\UAS.Exel in the posterior compartment of the wing, under the control of Scer\GAL4e22c, results in an overgrowth phenotype in the wing.

Neuronal expression of Pi3K92EScer\UAS.Exel under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 increases sensitivity to ethanol sedation.
