An unspecified mutation reported to be in the splice donor site of the fourth exon of Med. The splice site mutation has been mapped by a FlyBase curator to the first base of the splice donor site of the fourth exon of Med-RA. Until FB2021-03, the mutation was mapped to the donor site of the fourth exon of Med-RB, which lacks one exon relative to Med-RA. The update was based on the reported size of the Med full length protein in the paper (745aa), which matches Med-PA assuming the use of a downstream initiator MET.
