What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release.
It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other
FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled
vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Genetic Interactions
| |||
Statement Reference One copy of Cerk[BG01100] suppresses the maternal effect lethality caused by expression of wntD[Scer\UAS.P\T.cEa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Act.PU].
Maternal and zygotic double mutant Mulk[LL03414] ; Cerk[BG01100] embryos have an increased average number of mislocalised primordial germ cells compared to wild type at stages 14-16. This phenotype is not seen in either single mutant, or in Mulk[LL03414]/+ ; Cerk[BG01100] mutant embryos carrying a single paternally inherited copy of Mulk[+]. | |||
