Scer\GAL4btl.PS-mediated expression of tkvQD.Scer\UAS.cUa results in defective tracheal dorsal trunk formation.

Expression of tkvQD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4CY2 results in the loss of dorsal appendages and expansion of the operculum in the eggshell.

The precocious differentiation of primordial germ cells which is seen in nos18/Df(3R)Dl-FX3 larval ovaries is partially suppressed by expression of tkvQD.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16.

Scer\GAL4btl.PS-mediated expression of tkvQD.Scer\UAS.cUa has no effect on the tracheal cyst phenotype of exp135 embryos.
