When Wnt5Scer\UAS.cFa is expressed in the mushroom body under the control of Scer\GAL4ey-OK107 the β lobe axons fail to terminate properly at the CNS midline and display medial lobe fusion phenotype.

Expression of two copies of Wnt5Scer\UAS.cFa under the control of Scer\GAL4c739 results in a low but significant fraction of the mushroom bodies showing misguidance of α axon misguidance.

Expression of Wnt5Scer\UAS.cFa in the vPN or DL1 projection neurons (using the MARCM system) does not alter their dendritic pattern.

Expression of Wnt5Scer\UAS.cFa in the adPN and lPN projection neurons (using the MARCM system) significantly disrupts their dendritic innervation patterns.

Expression of Wnt5Scer\UAS.cFa under the control of Scer\GAL4Mz19 results in strong mistargeting of the dendrites in the DA1, VA1d and DC3 projection neurons.
