Genetic Interactions

Co-expression of Sra-1Scer\UAS.cSa does not suppress the defasciculation of LNv neurons caused by Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf; Fmr1E68K.EP3517

Co-overexpression of Fmr1E68K.EP3517 and Sra-1Scer\UAS.cSa using Scer\GAL4elav.PU results in a significant neuromuscular junction overgrowth phenotype.

Co-overexpression of Fmr1R115H.EP3517 and Sra-1Scer\UAS.cSa using Scer\GAL4elav.PU results in a significant neuromuscular junction overgrowth phenotype.

Co-overexpression of Fmr1S174F.EP3517 and Sra-1Scer\UAS.cSa using Scer\GAL4elav.PU results in a significant neuromuscular junction overgrowth phenotype.

Comments

The reduced synaptic length seen at the neuromuscular junction of Sra-185.1 larvae is rescued by expression of Sra-1Scer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155.

Rescues the midline crossing phenotype seen by longitudinal connectives and the early pupal lethality, in Sra-185.1 mutants. This rescue is dose dependant, improving with more copies of P{UAS-CYFIP.S}.
