        Expression via Scer\GAL4fkh.PH results in a very strongly penetrant but variable phenotype in the embryonic salivary gland.

        Expression of EP2182EP2182 under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 (the animals are initially raised at 18oC and then shifted to 29oC after 10 days) results in a reduced number of early germ cells (stem cells, gonialblasts and spermatogonia) in the testis.
