Wing discs overexpressing smo[SD123.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG] under the control of Scer\GAL4[MD-638] are overgrown.
Expression of smo[SD123.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG] in the wing under the control of Scer\GAL4[MD-638] results in overgrowth of the anterior compartment of the wing and defects in the L3 and L2 veins.
