Expression of mir-7Scer\UAS.T:Disc\RFP-DsRed2 driven by Scer\GAL4sd.PU leads to wing phenotypes: notches, thickened veins and a decrease in the L3-L4 intervein domain phenotype.

Expression of mir-10Scer\UAS.cGa under the control of Scer\GAL4Mhc.PW has no significant effect on adult lifespan relative to controls.

Animals expressing mir-7Scer\UAS.T:Disc\RFP-DsRed2 under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 die as first or second instar larvae.
