Detailed Description
	Statement Reference Syncytial embryos derived from homozygous larp¹ mutants contain abnormally-shaped nuclei that are irregularly distributed and undergo non-synchronous mitoses. These nuclei frequently display poorly condensed mitotic chromosomes, anaphase bridges, aberrant spindle polarity and abnormal centrosome numbers. (Blagden et al., 2005)
