      Adults expressing brkA2.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E are recovered at 25-30oC. They show loss of the posterior crossvein. Expression of brkA2.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4C-765 at 30oC has little or no effect on the wings.
